of John Factor, alias Jake the Barber. The latest inforaction in the —

‘Qnited States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit reversed —
a decision of the United States District Court on October 15, 1932. —
On October 28th, counsel for Factor filed petition for a re-hesring.
On November 15th, 1932, order was entered denying the petition for e
' pe-hesring. Oa Movember 16th, Factor filed a petition for a stay of
