Anerican male grabbed him from behind. This man put a
knife point to nis throat. Congressman RYAN explained that
he wes able to grab the man's arm and slide sliy:htly away.
Soneone at the zathering then grabuved the assailant and
forced him to the ground. Congressman RYAN advised when he
turned he saw the man laying on the zround stabbed with the
