You indicated that the material had been located pertinent to my request. As I wrote you in my initial letter dated May 17,1975, I desired to examine this material in relation to a book that I am doing on the Roosevelt-Churchill partnership. The manuscript of the book has now been completed. If the material is to be of any use to me, I must obtain it in the next few weeks. I do not want to burden you unduly with a scholar's requests when there are more pressing matters for you to be concerned with, but surely it should have been possible for the Bureau to have made this better than 35-year old data available more expeditiously.
