The photostat of the G-2 file and the blue memorandum dated December 31, 1943, are attached. Mr. Tracy will be advised along the lines of our discussion this morning. He will also tél] katkins that Anderson's wife works in Ident but does not have access to the main files. JI think, as a tactic, fracy should get across to Watkins and Katkins shculc carzy the roint to Anderson that he had checked at the FBI and FBI files do not contain any such information. It is obvious that Anderson probably has learned of the file from G-& sources and from the rumors which have deen circulated in Washington.
