Mr. KENNEDY speaks very highly of the Bureau and the Director, and has indiceted that if he were ever ina position to make any official recommendations there would be one Federal investigative unit and that would be headed by J. Ederr Hoover. He considers the Neval end Army Intelligence Services "“emiteurs" in comparison to the Bureau and regrets that thay neve often meddied in investizations comings within the jurisdiction of the Bureeu.
