‘In February, 1956, Mr. Joseph P. Kennedy made

a record of this person. The Miami Office was advised
2-8-56 to forward the lettor from QB to the
FBI Laboratory so a photograph could be made and
retained in the Anonymous Letter File. Upon return
of ihe originai letier, it was to be returned to
Mr. Kennecy and no mention was to be made to
Mr. Kennedy that the Bureau was retaining a copy of
the letter. No investigation was conducted in this
. matter.
