Abel recetved a telephone call from Greenglass who requested
Abel to go and see 0. John Rogge and ask Rogge tf he would
represent Greenglass Jn this trouble. Later that morning
Adel went to see Rogge eoncerntng thie. Rogge told Abel that
he had recetued a call tron Greénglase and that Greenglase
wanted Abel to turn over the money ‘to Rogge. Later that day
Abel took the package from hte hone and returned to Rogge' a
office and turned the package ever to Herbert Je Fabricant,

Mra. Pagano, secretary enployed by O. John Rogge,
teatisied that on June 16, 1950, Louts Abel brought to Rogge's:
office a package of money wrapped tn brown paper. She stated
the package contained $3,900. (65-58236-Serial 931)
