Sobell told Elttcher to leave the house and satay eomewhere else and then later agreed to allow Elttcher to atay with him. A little dater that evening Sobell nenttoned to Elitcher that he had sone tnformatton for Rosenberg which wos too valuable to destroy, end he wanted to get tt to . Rosenberg that night. He requested Elttcher to accompany hte. Hlttcher observed Sobell take a $5 am. fila ean with him and place tt tn the glove compartaent of Sobell's car, Sobell and Elttcher then left and drove to the utcinity of the Journal Azertean Butlding tn New York City and parked on Catherine Street. Sobell then took the ean out of the glove compartment and left. When Sobell returned, Flttcher asked him what Rosenberg thought of Elttcher's suspictonsa that he wos being followed.
