Eots of these individuals are wanted in connection with the instant matter and process for their arrest is outstand- ing. However, it is not desired that Galatas be immediately appre- hended when located, unless the circumstances make such action im- perative, since the Kansas City office desires to te notified in advance for the purpose of arranging proper surveillance in an endeavor to ascertain other facts, which are at this time being sought.
