thet nothing ner hes developed from en exemination of lirs. Nash and .-
rs. Farmer. I enjoined hin to do everything possible to plsey upon the

end the Farner women.. He seid everything possible zlong thet line wes
being done. I spoke ebout the possibility cf being relezsed on bend or
on writ. He seid thet Farmer and the Farmer woman were being held on a
cherge of obstruction of justice under bond of {25,000 each; that the
rerrent hed not yet been served on drs. Nash inasmuch as she wes voluntcrily
renzining in the Sheriff's custody, but would probably be served this
efternoon. It was his intention to secure $25,000 bond in her case. He
said th.t apperently they vere not able to get up this amount of bond; «t

does not hendle so-called police matters in the city of Sansas City and
the Sheriff's office could not function prosecutively in the metter.
