' Lettera bave been sent to the St. Louis and Los angeles office, pursuant to un- developed leada appearing from the data secured at Hot Springs, Arkansas, as above quoted, Telephonic communication was bad with the Birmingham office relative to the location of Pat Gardelle Sturney, and under date of July 16, 1055, a letter was re- | ceived from the Birmingham office stating that Sturney has been located, and that a surveillance ia teing maintained, in order to ascertain the whereabouts of Subject Galatas. It was also stated in the letter from the Birmingham office that Sturney ie regarded at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he is a student, as a step-son, or ward, of Galatas.
