Reference ie made to Bureau letter deted July 10, 1933, with
which was forwarded a copy of ae letter received at the Bureau from Mra,
Sedie B.\Rhea, 130 N. River Street, Commerce, Okle. I hed Mre, Rhee
interviewed by Agent Hollis, who states; .
*From the very beginning of the interview it was epparent to this
Agent that Mra. Rhea is mentally unbalanced, It was exceedlingly
Aifficult to obtain a coherent statement from her mletive to the ..
matters which she reported to the Burean in her letter. I question-—
ed her specifically ané at great length concerning her knowledge of -
Wilbur’tnderhill and Herve J? Bailey, in View of the fact thet she
made reference to the Seneca Bank robbery and the fact that Bailey is
reported to have perticipated in thet robbery. Mra. Rhea is not at
all ecquainted with Bailey or Unierhill. She stated that the reasan
ehe wrote to the Bureay was because abo thought that MentyCotter, the —
son of James ani Cora Cotter at Wyendotte, Oxlehoma, greatly resenbl-
ed Wilbur Unierhill. She further stated that she vas employed at the
Cotter bome as a domestic and shortly efter the robbery of the benk —
at Seneca, Mo., she overheard a conversation between a Mr. Meisingham
and Mr, and krs. Cotter. During this conversation the Seneca benk :
robbery was mentioned and Mra. Rhea believes she beard Mrs. Cotter =§-—»>—
state to Meisinghan that Mont Cotter, her son, wes implicated in the ;

Mre. Cotter state thet sho, Mrs. Rhea, wes worth $25.00, was that “Ea
