In addition, I am having a further check made in the vicinity of 6612 Edgevaics Road where Milier ’ lived, to ascertain if, perchance, anyone saw Esiley's Reo car at that ad- dress, or in that vicinity, after the shooting at Union Station, and I am also instructing Agent Trainor to have Bailey's photograph presented to 611 the neighbors in that vicinity to ascertain if, perchance, they may have seen Eailey frequenting the rented residence of Miller, particulerly, on the night prior to the shooting. While perhaps at first blush it might appear that others no doubt sas Failey, unfortunately, we must rely on what the witnesses did see, and what they can testify to. ke must be governed by the facts as they exist and not by mere conjecture.
