Mr. Brantley stated that he could incorporate in his report. the criminal record of Benjamin H. Covel2 end the investigation desired and would forward copies of the report to the Kansas City Division of- fice. Mr. Brantley's report will likewise include informtion contained in the memorandum of the Director, datec August 30th, which concerns a telephone call between the Director ond Mr. Brantley on August 30.
