Raping at Hot Springe, When Mr. Cooper inquired as to how we located Frank Nash, I advised him we secured it fran a confidentis] informnt, end ad- vised him that under no circumstances should this informtion be used, and he told me he would not mention it in his story at all, excepting the fact he might state that the identity of Frerk Nash at Hot Springs was well nom, Z then cutlined the facts as to the bringing of Frark Nash to Kansas City, how he was mot there, and what took place outside the station. However, as cited in the other letter, which ie enclosed in this seme envelope, I did not discuss the matter of any of our witnesses, or what any of than would testify to. I aleo advised him as to the mmber and different kinds of guns which were used after reading my previous ietter, I believe the above ebould also be submitted.
