with which was enclosed copy of a letter from Harry {Thompson of Iowm City, -
Iowa, in which he stated that he coulé cause the apprehension of the man %

by Special Agent Oc Ce Dewoy thet Harry Thompson, above mentioned, is ms
identical with one Homer CleofFanning, the latter being the subject of case
file captioned Homer Clso Fanning, National Motor Vehicle Theft act, =
Impersonation, 26-3529, Your attention is especially directed to the report
of Special agent Os Ce Dewey, dated at Kaness City, Missourl, October 38 e S

In addition to the information set out in agent Dewey's report, ~
i referred to hereinabove, a search of Fanning’s personal effects revealed a
oopy of your letter addressed to him at Generel Délivery, Iom City, Iow,”

City, Oklahome, offering to turn in the parties connected with the Urechel ~~>
