VENORANDUM FOR THE DIRECTOR.
On the morning of October 30, 1933, I talked
with Special Agent Tracy of the New York City Office by
long distance telephone, concerning the KANHO case.
Agent Tracy desired advice as to recent de-
velopments in this case and I advised him that the Di-
vision had not received any definite information as to
the whereabouts of the principals in this case, since the
Gisappearance of Vivianiathis in New York City on Au-
gust 7th last. I further advised Mr. Tracy that Special
Agent in Gnarge E. E. Conroy of the Kansas City Office wes
at the present time making an exhaustive review of the file
and setting out appropriate leads to all field offices
where the investigation required attention.
