Reference is made to Division letter dated November 27, 1933.
There are enclosed herewith ix photographic prints size ox 10
' ghowing various camera views snapped immediately after ‘the rassacre which
occurred at the Union Railroad Station, Fansas City, Missouri, on June 1’,
1933. In all cases where possible the names of persons whose likenesses
are shown are indicated on the back of the photographs. There is also en-
closed a similar air photograph taken from the air several years ago show-
ing very accurately the view of the Union Railroad Station plaza at Kansas
city, Missouri. This photograph indicates the same view, which at present
es; obtains at that location, and an "xX" mark is shown to indicate the spot -
. where former 4gent Caffrey and the officers and prisoner Nash were slain.
There are transmitted also herewith, size 6 x 10, photographic
negatives. The original negatives could not be secured, as they are the |
property of the Kansas City Journal-Post newspaper and are retained in the.
archives of that institution. These photographs were secured conf idential-~
ly through the assistance of Mr. Merie 4. Gill, Forensic Ballistician at." ° >
Kansas City, Missouri, who made the negatives in size 8 x 10 from. the. ae
original plates, which were of smaller dimensions. mA es a Cte
