on November 20, 1933, Vivian Mathias and BOBSIE MOORE re-
tracted a former plea of Not Guilty and entered pleas of Guilty, in
Federal court at Chicago, Illinois. They were sentenced by Federal
Judge J. H. Wilkerson, to serve six months on Count No. 1 of the
indictment, charging them with harboring and concealing Vernon C, Miller,
and to ‘ONE YEAR AND ONE DAY. on the second count, cherging “conspiracy 80
