Agent Marahall had made appropriate arrangements and left all his Government property in the Birmingham Office, and was to receive hie mail in plain envelope at General Delivery, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Ee was to receive ell his communications through the Birmingham Office in orier to avoid any mail or telegrams being delivered direct from Kensas City, which might give rise to suspicion on the part of individuals at Tuscaloosa.
