Trainor of this office on December 15th, Agente andersen and Marshal received instructions from this office that agent Marshall should proceed to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he will reside for a brief period of time at the Sigma Chi Fraternity House, at which place Pat Gerdelio|sturney, step-son of Galatas resides. Agent Marshall is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, and, pursuant. to suggssation of Mr, Hughes, agent Mar- shall will reside there under the pretext that he intends to seek én- trance for the purpose of completing certain courses at the University, provided he can produce proper credits from an educational institution previously attended. In this manner, he will not arouse suspicion upon a sudden departure later. He will endeavor to cultivate a confidential Felationship with Pat Gardelle Sturney through this means. He is aware of all of the characteristica of Sturney as previously reported and mene ¢, tioned in the report of Special agent W. F. Trainor dated at Kaneas City, .
