Miller, with aliases(Deceased)}, and others involved in the slayings at the Union Railroad Station, Kansas H City, Missouri, June 17th, it has been decided to shorten the wording under Character of Case by showing same as “CONSPIRACY TO DELIVER FEDERAL PRISONER." It is believed desirable to de- signate the title in letters as “VERNON C.
