partment, and evidently the data there shown may be. entirely in errors!
However, it is determined from numerous sources of informa: - = .
tion that arthur R. Barker, alias "Doc” Barker, served a term in the eee,
Oklahoma State Penitentiary at Mc Alester, on charges of murder, and... :.) - |
was released therefrom either by pardon or parole within the last two
