Postrasters throughout the country requesting them to prominently display the I.0. in their Post Office. The Comittee feels that this suggestion contains a great deal of merit and, if you epprove, arrangements will be made to supply the field offices with the necessary copies es well as instructions concerning the request to be mece of the various Postmasters throughout the country.
