Dear Sir.
In complience with former instructions, I em todey ~~
having boxed threé guns which were seized from Wilbur Underhill
at Shawnee, Oklahoma, on Decenber 30, 1933, at the time of
hie arrest. They are as followa:
1 Old Winchester 30-30 Rifle, serial rocsoos 7
1 Rivot Burglar Gun, 20 gauge, serial yooeea J
1 Winchester 12 gauge pump gun, sawed off, #534930.
These guns #ill be shipped on Government Bill of Leding as secon
as the packing is completed. These are the only guns which Came
into the possession of Division Agents.
