Nathan Eugene from Providence, Rhode Island.
4. The case was called for trial .on February 1, ‘1983
at Boston, Massachusetts, at which time the Government dismissed - os
as to the defendants Samel fallin, Mamel Currier and Joseph McAvoy. ,- .
After a trial lasting approximately one week, the remaining defendants _—
were convicted and sentenced, as follons:
Abraham J. Yoss, £10,000 fine and two 3 years 5 in
United States Penitentiary, Lewis-
burg, Pennsylvania, Sentence sus~_
pended and placed on probation for
five years.
