was administered to the newly appointed United States atta ney,
Maurice Me Milligan, conference was arranged with him by Acting
Special agent in Charge Spear and Agent Andersene He heartily —-
endor sed the plans set forth in the paragraph above and advised that
he was strictly in accord with the procedures Pending receipt of
furtber information from informant F it was deemed advisable to
request the iesuance of a warrant. It my be noted, however, that
the informant showed good faith by reaching telephonically these
