*Statement of Lloyd Brown, Cashier of First State Bank of Seminole:
On or about December 1, 1933, a man whom I have since identified as
Bruce Brady appeared at ny window in the Firet State Bank at Seminole
and requested me to chance some emall bills to bilis of larger denom-
ination. Bruce Brady handed me a package which I counted, there being
$100.00 in $1.00 bills in the package. In exchange for this money, I.
gave Bruce Brady five $20,00 bills. The money that Bruce Brady gave
me wes in a neat package all faced the same ways I remember this in-
atapce very distinctly because of the fact that Mr, Hamilton of the
First State Bank told me that that the man who was getting the money
_ ¢hanged was Bruce Brady together with the fact that it is a vary un-
usual thing for a eustomer to present 100 $1.00 bills at the window
and request larger bills in exchange for them,*®
