Deputy Sheriff W. I. Eads of Oklehoma County, Oklahoma, in~ formed this office that investigation by him developed that Huston G. Nash was implicated in the attempted robbery of the bank of Harrah, Oklehome, in Qklehoma County, during the mosth of Decexber, 1035; thet e atrong case has been developed against him and it was felt certain that a conviction could be obtained in the State Courts against him for this offense, in which ovent a long sentence will be imposed upon him. The facts with respect hereto were furniehed the Division ard the Division advised that the same should be submitted to the United States Attorney at Muskogee, Oklahoma and his recommendations in the matter accepted. The facta were discussed with Ass istent Cnited Statea attorney viller, Muskogee, by Agent in Charge Brantley and Mr. Miller stated that it would be entirely agreeable to the United States Attorney's office that Huston Nash be turned over to Oklehome County for prosecution on the bank robbery cherge.
