Monroe steted thet his sole purpose in so treating akers was for the pur- pose of causing him to be indebted to Monroe with the hope thet he,sonroe, will be eble to obtain from Akers informa- tion as to the whereabouts of Dick %alatas. The above informetion is being forwerded to the Division and the interested offices in order that they may be aware of the efforta of sonmroe in this regard.
