MILLER, with aliases, ET AL COXSPIRSCY TC DELIVER FEDERAL PRISOXER Mrs. Margare Turner, colored, of Olathe, Kansas, was recently taken to the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kersas, where she viewed Harvey Jf'Bailey, and after so doing, she stated that she will still identify him as the individual whom she sew at the Union Station, Kanses City, M ssouri, on the night of June 16, 1933, as reflected in her stetement contained in the re- port of Special Agent in Charge R. E. Vetterli dated at Kansas City, Missouri, 6-26-33, pages 25 and 30. She also steted when she viewed the photogreph of Vivien CMethio, purcuwur of Vernon ¢. Miller, that the build and size of the individuel appeared identical with that of a women whom she san in contect with men at the Railroad Station, among whom was Harvey Bailey, on the nizht of June 16, 1923, She did not see the features of the woman at the station ard, therefore, she could not make any definite identification of Vivian Nathis. She believed upon viewing the photograph of Vernon ¢. Mil- ler that it is a likeness of the man who drove the Chevrolet car on the night of June 16, 1933, in which the woman heretofore menti ned role. Mra. Turner also steted that the photograph of James(Fur/Sammons resembled a mean who was in the back sest of the Chevrolet Sedan, in wich rode the other womun and the other mén as here noted.
