Tn connection with the various persons indicted at Kansas City, Moe, in connection with the massacre, DAVIS had the following coments to make in substance: He was never personally acquainted with VERNON C. E. B. CONNER, HERBERT ALLEN FARMER and MRS. ESTHER FANiBR. His statements along these lines, however, were not impressive, He was not sure that he bad ever met him, but eteted that when he was a boy he hed traveled about the State of Oklahama a great deal and may bave met Floyd. In thie regard it may be noted that Floyd canes from Sallisaw, Okla., located in the far eastern portion of the State, and that Davis originally came fram the vicinity of Chickasha, Okla,, located in the ‘western portion of the State.
