Agent covered thie block at that time, end * later a check of the telephone calls of oscar Bloom and Fritz rmlloy, who were | living in the St. Clair Hotel and the Chatfield Apartment Hotel, showed that a - Dr. Werren wes living at the Graceton Rotel, 4249 Drexel Boulevard. pron aan checking on this Dr. Warren, it twas discovered that he had a railroad ticket ' ges t> New York City issue¢ in Leaventorth, Kansas, and had indicated that he hed! ee recently left the penitentiary, and thet he was accompanied to thks addrese™ by @ nen with his leg in a cast, who wes identified as one CharlesMzite, the. Subject of a White Slave Traffic act case in Chicago, Tllinois. pr£Warren was subsequently errested on a Comissionertsa warrant, having been originaily - sentenced to Leavenworth Penitentiary from New Mexico on a charge of impersona- tion, because of the fact thet the ticket he held was issued to another prisoner on a transportation request. Warren at one time during his stay. She elso said that Dr. Warren or Yalker had made several telephone celle to. Gus Winkler, and had called him Gus, end had indicated to hin thet gomeone was leeving Kansas City for St. Paul, who in turn would get sone money from someone in st.
