Dr. FRANK advised he previously had been interviewed
by Agents of the FBI, and had given them considerable infor-
mation at his dis posal concerning recent rallies and dis-
turbances at Kent State University (KSU).
Dr. FRANK stated he recalled the identity of a
former student in one of his Ceology classes during 1968,

exchanged greetings on that occasion, but he was merely
