The Attorney General Mr. Kane also advised that he ia interested in the prosecution of violations which have occurred at KSU and that for this reason he telephonically requested FBI Headquarters in Washington, D. C., to make available to him copies of reporta in this case. There ia no record that auch a request was made by Mr. Kane who advised that he spoke with Mr. Robert Murphy, an Attorney in the Department of Justice, with regard to this matter.
