He stated thet at thie time there were annproximabely 150 students ne the ROW Building, with an additional d00 to 1,000 students on the hill surrounding the Common, and that some of the Students in the group of 150 soned the ROTC Buliding, breaking windowe. Some students threw objects throurh the Windows. Approximately tuenty minutes after the in- cident started the ROTC Building caught on fire.
