As a result of this ect GRBBB eevised that he saw the fire in
the building flare up.

2 individuals actually lit the rar and/or threw it into the ROTC
Buliding; however, he is posittve that one of the two individual
is PETER CHARLES BLEIK as identified from the photograpns shown
him.
GEER «tee that he again saw BLEIEK on Sunday, May 3,
LO70, in the carly efternoon observing the remains of the burned
ROYC Building at KSU. He again saw BLELK on Monday, May 4, 197C
at the confrontetion between KSY students and the Ohio National
Guard. On May 2,3, ond Hy 1970, BLELK was wearing the sane
clothes wpich eonsisted of a dark brown jieeket, horizontal strir
T-shirt, ark bluc bell-bottomed pants, light blue canvas-t
aoeakeng.. stated he docs not recall secing this indtviduse
on the KSU conpus prior to May 2, 1970.
