In Columbus, the Ameri- ean Civil Liberties Union of Ohio called for a Federal Grand Jury investigation of the Kent State killings on the grounds that National Guardsmen had deprived students and others of their civil rights. IN CLEVELAND, Cong. Louis Stokes said in a press conference that the jury findings had given new fuel to radicals.
