i Y 'FD-302 (Rev. 4-18-64) @ tt 1 FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION 9/22/67 Date Business Services, RCA, Camden, New Jersey, advised that he_is CHARLES AUGUSTUS LIVEZLY's immediate supervisor. ___ladvised that he has Supervised the work of LIVEZLY for twenty years and he has always felt sorry for LIVEZLY and has considered him to be a pathetic individual. [______Jadvised that LIVEZLY only has one eye and when he was a youngster, LIVEZLY was playing with dynamite caps on the railroad when one of the caps exploded and LIVEZLY lost an eye. [sd advised that he feels that possibly this explosion may be the cause of LIVEZLY being an eccentric and a real “odd ball". advised LIVEALY ‘always carries a suitcase with a change of clothing and _ LIVEZLY does get upset about the men in the Woodworking bo Shop making fun of hin, bIc [_havised that LIVEZLY used to utilize the shower room at the slant for his baths but it was discovered during the basketball season that when the RCA ball players would come to the shower room to get cleaned up following a ball game there would not be any hot water, It was discovered that LIVEZLY was using the shower room for his baths and LIVEZLY was using as much as’ 80 gailons of water to bathe. As a result, there was no hot water for the basketball team. LIVEZLY was prohibited from taking his showers on RCA property. [_hdvised that LIVEZLY has no bath facilities at his home in Woodbury, N. J., and goes to 30th Street station of the Pennsylvania Railroad where. he uses public bath facilities to bathe. [advised that LIVEZLY is assigned as a cleaning man in Building 24~1 of the RCA Plant, Camden, N.
