Police Department records disclose that on September 14, 1967,
CHARLES LIVEZLY, 12 East Barber Avenue, Woodbury, New Jersey,
employed at RCA, Camden, New Jersey, filed a Larceny complaint
with the police department,
RIVEZLY reported that at "L1:45 P.M, on September 18,
1964, one white, male, approximately 19 years of age, who
is supposed to work in Polsky's Department Store came to visit,
LIVEZLY, This boy would not sit down until he took his
pants off to keep them from getting wrinkled, so he claims,
"During the visit the Loy returned LIVEZLY's wallet
which he lost the other day, LIVEZLY had a $50.00 bill on
the bed, He put the $50,00 bill in his wallet, and the
‘wallet into his pants pocket, LIVEZELY then removed his pants,
hung them on the sofa, and went into the bathroom to get
ready for bed, When LIVEZLY returned from the bathroom
‘the boy put on his pants and left, This was at approximately
12:45 A.M. on Saturday, September 19, 1964, When
LIVEZLY checked his wallet the $50, 00 was gone, The money
was where the boy could see it before LIVEZLY put it into
his pocket, The only thing that LIVEZLY knows about the boy
is that he is tall and slim and is supposed to work for
JOE POLSKY's Department Store,"
