You replied saving that acents investigated these cases to determine whether any Federal law had been broken and that their findings were confidential as were all other FBI records. Since receiving your letter which was pleced in my records, many of my records includine your letter were destroyed recently in a fire at my home and I would therefore be grateful if, for the purnoses of my new 1964/5 if the situation - records, confirm your letter of is still the same.
