1974. According to this matter is being
handled by United States District Judge WILLIAM J.
BAUER,

matter was again held by United States District
Judge WILLIAM J, BAUER. At that time, LEWIN's
attorney entered a motion to restrain Internal
Revenue Service from disposing of LEWIN's jewelry.
