On 12/17/74, subject appeared in U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Chicago,Illinois, before Judge ROCHARD B. AUSTIN. At that time, subject was sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General for a period of five years on each of the two counts which sentences were to run concurrently. Imposition of sentences suspended and subject placed on probation for a period of five years, of which he is to be incarcerated for the first 177 days thereof. At that time the execution of this sentence was stayed until 1/3/75. According to AUSA, NDI, Chicago, Illinois, he has no indication as to whether or not LEWIN plans an appeal in these matters.
