During
shooting
allegedly
between
blacks
and
whites
in
a
racial
disturbance,
victim
was
shot
and
killed
on
7/21/69.
We
did
a
preliminary
investigation
at
request
of
Department
as
it
was
alleged
thht
a
"trooper"
had
been
.invo1ved;
however,
investigation
indicated
policemen
apparently
took
no
part
in
shooting
of
victim.

advised
of
anyalocal
prosecution
arising
out
of
shooting
of
victim.
