Thi ome &' By letter dated Mareh 21, 1960, Mr. Richard Hall, Secretary of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena, 1536 Connecticut Avenue, N. W., Washington, D. C., referred this Bureau to an article \ appearing in the "Detroit Times,” issue of March 9, ieee 4 pis hd om A} COMM - FBI 6 BY. COURIER syc: a copy of which is enclosed, and requested to be advised whether there had been any change in our policy with respect to unidentified flying objects; whether this Bureau gathered evidence of unidentified flying objects for the Department of the Air Porce; and whether the photograpk described in the article had been analyzed at FBI laboratories or for FBI purposes.
