Buchalter is at this tine under indictment for the violetion of the Federal Antitrust Laws in regard to his ectivities in the Fur Dressers Fector Corporation. Buchalter failed to appear in the Federal Court in the Southern District of New York on July 6, 1937, forfeiting a $3,000 bail and he has been a fugitive since that date.
