The attorney, Kenneth K. Saruwatari, is defending R. Burl Yarberry, Superintend- ent of Public Instruction, and Mrs, Faith Ai, principal of Lincoln. School, both nam- ed in Mrs. Murray's suit. ’ Mrs. Murray. complained that her 9-year-old son had been forced to say the pledge in daily flag cere- monies.
