The March 11, 1961, edition of the "Pittsburgh
Courier" contained an article which reflected that subject
engaged in a debate with HERBERT WRIGHT, National Youth
Secretary of the NAACP, at City College, College of the City
of New York, New York, New York, on March 2, 1961, The
article stated that subject said that the United States
government still owes back pay to the Negroes for 310 years
of slave labor, and ha rejected the NAACP's contention that
