"A wernt on to comment on the colored integrationist
movement. Not only have they taken over the white man‘s
ways and represent only a small minority of the Negro
porvulction, he said, but, ‘they don't want to be free
anymore; they want integration....they have confused
their retkod with their objective....our objective is
hunen dignity'. They want civil rights before they have
even been recognized as having human rights, before they
hove been recognized ges being human beings, X said.-
‘ pointed out that the first American Constitution
classified the Negro as three-fifths of a person and he
wos regorced much Like all other livestock and property
of bis owner, Many whites have never gotten over looking
@t the Negro es inferior, as three-fifths of a man.
"tf the Government will not send them back to their home
in Africa, then it should give them a home here in the
form of a separate state. The Negroes are becoming aware.
Just as God struck at the Esyptians when Moses wanted to
lead his people out of Ezypt and the Pharoah refused, so
will God strike at the United States if the Negro does not
get the home that he deserves."
