copy of the LHY referred to above. The rally referred to in .
the Lid was held 3/23/63 at Seventh Avenue and 125th Street, _
New York City. It was sponsored by the "Mississippi Relief
Comuittee" and the "Euman Rights Political Association." Dick
Gregory, a Ne comedian, appears to be the originator of the
“Mississippi Relief Comaittee." New York was unable to idcatify
any of the above-mentioned organizations. ee ae
